Her time-management and multi-tasking skills are essential attributes for McKenna. Laura’s commitment to ensuring tenants’ requests are handled in a timely, friendly and patient manner is inspired by the many years of working with children.

 

Originally from the East Coast, Laura made her home in the Orange County area. A 19 year resident of Irvine, Laura enjoys spending time with her two children, creating new cooking recipes, gardening and hiking.

Deborah Getty, Vice President

 

Deborah began with McKenna and Company in 1992 and has never looked back. Under the direction of company owner Maureen Corona, Deborah progressed from assistant property manager to an expert in the commercial real estate market, leasing & managing property in her portfolio as large as 1 million square feet to as small as 1,000 square feet. Deborah brings her own style of professionalism to each transaction, melding her 20 plus years of experience with an unshakable commitment to her core value: integrity. Deborah prides herself on working through rent issues with sensitivity. In her words, “No situation or need is too small.”

Early in her career Deborah served on the board of directors for BOMA and continues to stay up on current trends through membership in BOMA, IREM, CREW, and ULI.

 

Being part of this incredible McKenna team for 20+ years has allowed Deborah to raise her family and build her real estate career. Deborah enjoys the adventures with her 4 children ranging in age from 27 - 18. 

Lynn Lenth, Property Manager

 

Lynn recently celebrated 15 years with McKenna & Company. Beginning her career in property management over 20 years ago, Lynn hit the ground running and learned all she could about the field. Her current portfolio includes over 2 million square feet of commercial property. She has also added Association Management to her talents and is currently managing over 800 thousand square feet of Commercial Association Property.

 

Whether the tenants she serves occupy a large or small portion of her portfolio, Lynn is committed to the success of each and every one. She works in partnership with her tenants, getting to know them and their business on a level that makes the difference between just filling empty space and creating successful long term tenants.

 

Lynn recognizes the importance of staying current with industry developments and works to attain the highest standards in property management. Currently a member of AIR, Lynn participates in conferences and webinars.

 

Lynn’s diligence in anticipating a client's every need, explaining each step of their transaction, and responding quickly to calls and emails has gained her a reputation for making each client feel as if they were her only concern.

 

The stars aligned 20 years ago to bring Lynn from Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Irvine, California where she lives with her family.  Making the most of an active Southern California lifestyle, Lynn enjoys running watching  her favorite football team the Green Bay Packers.

 

Dana Crook, Property Manager

 

Dana brings over 25 years of experience in property management to her tenure at McKenna & Co. Adept at overseeing multiple projects, Dana currently manages a portfolio of over 2 million square feet. These properties include business parks in Irvine, Los Alamitos, Chino, as well as Ontario & Fontana, California.

 

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, Dana began her career in real estate, advancing from corporate sales assistant to office manager in just three years. Fast-forward twenty years and it's apparent that Dana’s ability to look at situations realistically and address problems head on continues to make her an indispensable member of her management team.

 

Her values of hard work and integrity dovetail seamlessly with those of McKenna & Company where Dana says she enjoys the freedom she has to do what is right for her clients and tenants. . Ever cognizant of the challenges facing clients today, Dana says that one of her goals is to refer McKenna & Company clients and tenants to each other and provide additional business services through networking.

 

A 25-year resident of Irvine, Dana enjoys spending time with her children and family, traveling, or just relaxing with a good book or movie.

Laura Murgalo,

Assistant Property Manager

 

Laura  came to McKenna & Co. in August of 2011. Hired initially as an administrative assistant, she immediately adapted McKenna’s company philosophy into both her professional and every-day life.

 

Laura quickly proved herself a valuable asset to the McKenna team and was promoted to the position of Assistant Property Manager. Laura assists with managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet.

 

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, Laura began her career as a staff accountant for a fortune 500 company and became a senior accountant within two years. Laura also volunteered for the Irvine Unified School District and was instrumental in assisting with fund-raising activities. She also tutored students in reading and math.

 

 

 

Judi Cirillo,  Insurance Administrator

 

Judi  joined McKenna in 2006. Since then she has dedicated herself to providing optimal insurance service for the 400+ tenants and vendors in the company’s portfolio.

 

Judi’s goals include streamlining  the insurance process and believes communication is key. Judi’s genuine concern for the well being of her clients manifests in the form of complete and accurate insurance documentation. Under Judi’s care, no one is left out in the cold.

 

 In her words, “I love my job and the people I work with.”

 

Born and raised in California, Judi enjoys a quiet escape at her desert home of the past 25 years where her hobbies include gardening, golfing, and reading. Of course, she doesn’t complain when that peace and quiet is disturbed on occasion by the company of her eight grandchildren.
